We try cases. Clients come to us for high-stakes commercial disputes, securities class actions, shareholder litigation and appeals, and because opponents know we will go to verdict, many of those disputes resolve on better terms.
Each case is led by a trial lawyer from the first pleading, with a team sized to the case rather than to the billing model.
