Law students, graduates and career changers
Students and graduates
Summer programmes, training contracts and first-year associate roles, with real work from the first week.
§ 01What to expect
Our programmes are small by design. Students join matter teams, attend client meetings and draft from the start, supported by a supervising partner and an associate mentor.
In London, trainees complete four seats of six months, including one in disputes and one in a transactional practice. In the United States, summer associates rotate through at least three practices before receiving an offer.

§ 04Questions
Do I need to have studied law?
No. Around a third of our trainees studied other subjects; we support conversion courses for those who join us.
Can I choose my practice?
You state preferences for each rotation, and we match them to the needs of the teams.
